Took me some time to learn this and I use this analogy, my Peace equates to my ‘Islands’ (Good and positive people, places and things, a place where my positive spirit gets its’ fuel). “Lagoons”(where snakes, sharks, crocs and gators reside) equates to the opposite of Peace. — . Know your Islands and Lagoons. One of my many Islands is that time I now make to listen to great music or read a good book. — What is an example of an Island for you?
