March 1965, two months before, I was just born into the world. Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. led thousands of nonviolent demonstrators on a 5-day 54-mile march from Selma, AL to Montgomery, AL. The march was to focus on fair voting rights for African Americans. For me, a great historical example of UNITY!
